they are a great place to go , not pushy, honest and the car/trucks prices better and they don't try to hide or aspects of a used car to try to get a better sale price. so far the truck i got has had no big issues only one small which was rectified quickly. would recommend and will be look here for my next car and truck first

Ted was amazing to work with through the entire purchase process. He was very responsive and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions since I'm from out of state. Anything I needed he was only a phone call away including scheduling transportation. He went above and beyond, I couldn't recommend North Country Motors more. Old school service in today's world is hard to come by, but they nailed it. Thank you Ted!

Great experience from start to finish. Ted was extremely knowledgeable and responsive. I had an issue after purchase (the cause was not determined) and Ted insisted he would make it right- and he did. In talking about my experience several other people have commented that they know of people or they themselves have had great experiences with North Country Motors. I cannot recommend this place enough!

Bought my last truck there excellent to work with

Just because you have a good experience purchasing a used vehicle doesn't mean the dealership itself is good. I have had people recommend someone because they got a used car there and they hadn't had any problems. Sure enough I did have problems. This experience was different. My brother in law got a truck at North Country and he said it was a fair price with no rust and the truck was great. Then right after the warranty expired his cv joint went. He told Ted (the owner) that he fixed it himself because it was right after the warranty expired and Ted just wrote him a check as if it was still under warranty. Then My father in law a few years back got a truck from him, again fair price with no rust the vehicle and it's in great shape! He still loves it and has had NO issues with it. So I tried them out. I got a fair price on the vehicle, it was VERY sharp no rust in great condition and I couldn't be happier with it. Then right before the warranty expired the check engine light came on (if you've ever owned an older truck you know this is a common thing that can happen)... I ran it over to a local place to get a free diagnostic and it was something related to the o2 censor so I figured I didn't put the gas cap on right. So it went away just like I thought. I let Ted know and he said not to worry about the warranty and to keep him updated. Then it came back on... after warranty. I took it to the place he had recommended me to take it and they called him to talk about it and he took care of it no questions asked. The truck runs great, I got a good fair price, but most of all I was happy to buy from such an honest and knowledgeable family. With three happy customer experiences in one family, I can say I HIGHLY recommend North Country Motors.

was traveling in the area and my tire pressure light came on. Since my hometown is about 20 min away I stopped to see if I could get my tires checked..Not only did the gentleman check the tire pressure he also replaced my key battery for absolutely free..he wouldn't take a penny from me..as I offered to pay him for his time and the battery. His response was "no..it's Christmas time..just pay it forward ". His kindness did not go unoticed and I am so very greatful for his help and patience with me (I asked a million questions)..ty very much..and will definitely pass a good word along..
